26 June 2013, Toronto, Ontario – Hillcore Real Estate Investments Ltd. (“HREIL”) is pleased to announce that today, in partnership with Romspen Real Estate Equities Ltd. (“Romspen”) and a group of limited partners, that we have closed the acquisition of the 196,000 sq ft Suburban Class A Vista Heights Office Complex in Calgary. This acquisition represents the second acquisition under our partnership with Romspen.
